Management case histories. These two videos should be useful for Australian hospitals contemplating or undergoing re-engineering, since they show how the process occurred in a major overseas teaching hospital.

The aim is to dramatically improve the delivery of services to patients and to maximise teaching and research opportunities. Many lessons have been learnt at every stage of the journey. This first video examines the first 4 months of the process and, with the help of a wide range of hospital staff who share their thoughts and experiences, describes some of the major successes that have already been achieved. TAPE 2 ~ ACHIEVING RESULTS 33 minutes This video was produced 18 months after the start of the program. The results have been impressive.
