TAPE 1 ~ EARLY DAYS 27 minutes The Leicester Royal Infirmary NHS Trust is an NHS national pilot site for whole hospital re-engineering. The aim is to dramatically improve the delivery of services to patients and to maximise teaching and research opportunities. Many lessons have been learnt at every stage of the journey. This first video examines the first 4 months of the process and, with the help of a wide range of hospital staff who share their thoughts and experiences, describes some of the major successes that have already been achieved.

TAPE 2 ~ ACHIEVING RESULTS 33 minutes This video was produced 18 months after the start of the program. The results have been impressive. The video focuses on results achieved through contributions made by staff at all levels.
