This licence is designed for images and animations that appear in e-books. It does not apply to images that are used alone (e.g. for an image on a web page). The permission applies to the e-book itself.
IMAGE USE CONDITIONS: all licenses are single use, non-exclusive, non-transferable and apply only to one edition of the named e-book. Permission is granted only after funds have been received. IMAGE DELIVERY IS NOT IMMEDIATE Please allow 24 hours for your images to arrive and up to 3 days for animations to be prepared. I handle all orders personally to ensure you get exactly what you want. When your payment arrives I will send you an email with the image or animation attached attached or arrange for another method of delivery. COPYRIGHT: copyright & all other rights in the images and animations and all their components and derivations are reserved by Russell Kightley. CREDIT: all uses must be credited in the form "NAME OF GRAPHIC copyright Russell Kightley". CURRENCY IS AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS: We charge in Australian dollars. Other currency values are approximate and for guidance only. The actual cost in your currency will depend on prevailing exchange rates (which vary from day to day), bank fees and your method of payment. |
