IMAGE USE CONDITIONS:
Academic image licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable and for academic (non-commercial) use only. Publication is not allowed. Advertising is not allowed. Web use is not allowed. (Use on password protected academic sites is allowed in one lecturer option). The images (or items containing the images) may not be sold. The images (or items containing the images) may not be passed on or otherwise distributed to persons not covered by the licence. Permission is granted only after funds have been received.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS: images are supplied as high resolution jpeg files (at least 2,000 pixels across). This licence allows you to have the file printed out as large as you like for academic conference posters. You may print out one poster. This is the only use allowed in this option. Please note that printing and mounting is done by you, we only supply a digital file. Choose "single user" in the SCOPE option.
SCOPE single user: The license applies only to the named person. The license is ongoing and that person may use the images in any academic setting in which they are employed. This means that they can still use the images if they get a job at a different university.
SCOPE site licences: The license applies only to people currently working at the named institution.
2,000 pixel images have no text on them. These large images may only be used for the specified use (e.g. to print out a conference poster). However, you will also receive a 600 pixel image along with your high resolution image.
600 pixel images have a small RKM.COM.AU in one corner. They may be used for slides, overhead projection, computer presentations, in student notes, handouts and academic presentations including conferences.
PASSWORD PROTECTED WEB SITES There is one lecturer option that allows use on password protected networks at academic institutions. This is only to allow a lecturer to post courses on-line for his / her students. Images must be credited "copyright Russell Kightley". No other web use allowed.
IMAGE DELIVERY IS NOT IMMEDIATE Please allow 24 hours for your images to arrive. I handle all orders personally to ensure you get exactly what you want. When your payment arrives I will send you an email with the image(s) attached.

CURRENCY IS AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS: We charge in Australian dollars. Other currency values are approximate and for guidance only. The actual cost in your currency will depend on prevailing exchange rates (which vary from day to day), bank fees and your method of payment.
SAMPLE IMAGE: below is a sample of a 600 pixel academic use image (animal cell, in this case) which you are free to test out (e.g. how it prints or projects) to ensure that it meets your requirements. Simply drag it to your desktop or right click and save.
