Tungsten (or Wolfram): this graphic shows metal atoms arranged in a body centred cubic arrangement. Tungsten is very hard and has an extremely high melting point (carbon is higher). It can be alloyed with iron to form a steel and combined with carbon to make tungsten carbide.
